In the future you may want to mark tape off of your kids school-supply list, unless you want the teacher to wrap it around their heads to keep their mouths shut…
Two mothers are in a up-roar after their children told them that the volunteer teacher had put tape over their mouths after they wouldn’t stop talking.
The alleged incident happened at the Denver Venture High School. The mothers who appeared together this morning on FOX & Friends say that they didn’t hear about the taping incident for 2 days after the incident happened. One mother said it was two weeks before she heard what had happened. Apparently the two high-school students wouldn’t stop talking so instead of sending them to the office where they would have been suspended, she decided to wrap tape around their heads 4-times to keep their mouths shut.
The first mother to hear the news contacted the school who was told they would investigate what had happened. The volunteer teacher was eventually dismissed but says they boys were laughing and didn’t take the action seriously.
Not being satisfied by the teachers termination the mothers went before the school board who said there just wasn’t enough evidence to take the case any further. The two mothers, still not satisfied, I’m sure will think twice before sending tape to school with their kids school supplies…
Me personally, I think I remember a teacher putting tape over my mouth when I was in school to make a point but of-course I also remember my feet lifting off of the floor a couple of times when I got puddling’s.
Come-on mothers, teachers can’t paddle anymore, kids are carrying guns to school and teachers are left defenseless. I think the teacher was being pretty creative. Instead of allowing them be suspended and missing 3 days of education she found an alternative method to get their attention. Maybe the mothers should teach their children self-control and stop depending on the school system to raise their kids and correct their mistakes.

I agree with you on this one Dale. I know that the child experts claim “fear” is no way to raise a child, but I knew
if I got in trouble in school, I got in twice in much trouble at home. In fact, I knew many kids that welcomed suspension…whoopie, 3 days of no school.
My daughter in law is a special education teacher and you wouldn’t believe the horror stories she has about how some parents need to interfear with their child’s education. I have no problem with parent teacher conferences and such, but some of these parents are ridiculous with thier demands on what you can and cannot do. I remember one parent wanted their special education daughter to be reading all day long. She felt that her daughter knew “enough” math already, but needed to read better. Her solution was to demand that the teacher just let her daughter read all day!!! When my daughter in law confronted the mother, she was reported to the Board of Education. Apparently, the parents are always correct in this district.
Thats Bullshit! Society has proven that from uneducated parents that have illegitimate children come more illagetimate children who will also be uneducated… What is the problem with the world?
I can understand having a learning disability but My Gosh!
How are we going to ever evolve as a socitey if we keep accepting everything that someone thinks up as a cause and keep going against what everyone knows is right?
To do things like accempting terrorism because it come from someones religion although it is founded in someone’s faith is wrong… What if Baptists started to smacking people in the head with caserole dishes because they said their religion told them too. It infringes on the rights of others…
Same with adults.. These crazy people, living off of the government are haveing illegitimate kids, raising them to fight the government and all that made America to begin with, then convincing people to take their side because of their upbringing… That just carzy.. Wrong is wrong and no amount of lacking understanding is going to make it right!
American people don’t understand. Our fathers would but it has evolved to such a point there is no hope… It can’t be fought anymore…. I hope 2012 will relieve us form all of the stupid freaking people that keep pumping out these kids that propetuate this horror!
I would never want to be a teacher, too much responsiblity
because no one listens, parents are know it alls and principals do not stand behind a teacher on decisions. Learning dis are horriblly handled in any school. The whole education system needs a revamp. When you go to school you need to have respect, yes you should question what is going on, be a part of your childerns school, don’t demand, don’t fight the systems that feeds you and stop having kids one afte another just for the check each month. Also half of the boards of education people do not have any educational background which should be a must to hold the position. Not the local dairy farmer or banker. But someone who knows what goes on in a class room…………………I see all this in the township I live in and it makes me sick.
